Dietary Therapy and Nutrition Consultation
The basic principles of TCM dietary therapy are relatively simple: Foods are selected to help enhance patient's overall health based on their patterns of disharmony. Your dietary habits will determine how well you feel, how clearly you think, and how successfully you adapt to your internal and external environments.
According to TCM, everyone has a different body constitution. Everyone’s constitution, temperament and health condition changes at different ages. You should eat those foods which lead the body back to balance and avoid foods that aggravate you body imbalances. For example, you should avoid eating foods that have warm or hot property if you tend to feel warm, and avoid eating foods with cool or cold property if you tend to feel cold, and so forth.
During the treatment sessions, you will earn how to avoid foods that are not good for you body constitution. You will also learn how to combine foods properly at meals according to the season and your body constitution. You will learn the TCM nutrition and eat your way to health and happiness.
